(suitable for all ages)

Open JUMP Parent & Child Sessions are a perfect opportunity for families to enjoy exploring the gym together. The session is 60mins and there is no booking required at this time (however there is a very exciting new booking system coming your way in 2026) Keep an eye on social media for updates!!

Parent & Child Open JUMP Sessions are suitable for children of all ages to enjoy the session accompanied by an over 16.

The sessions are £3.50 per person entering the gym

Babies under 1 - are not charged

Can I bring more than one child with me…

  • yes - we simply ask that you are responsible for your children at all times

Can I book in advance… (WE CANT WAIT - THIS IS COMING SOON!!)

  • Although we cannot take bookings for these sessions just yet - there is a booking system in the background and we cant wait to offer this in the early stages of 2026. Keep an eye on social media

Do I have to pay - I won’t be participating…

  • Entry is payable by all entering the gym environment as everyone in the gym space is counted within our numbers

Do you have a Loyalty Scheme…

  • We offer a Loyalty Card (paper or electronic) which will be stamped once per visit

  • Once you have collected 10 stamps - you will receive a free visit for 2 people

Can my child come to this session on their own…

  • These sessions are suitable for those accompanied by their parents - however…

    We have sessions specifically for dropping off older children…

  • Wednesdays are for 11yrs+ and run from 7.30-9pm (this session is £8.50 and payable upon arrival)

  • Sundays are for 5yrs+ and run from 1pm-3pm (this session is £8.50 and payable upon arrival)

Is there a tuck shop or can I have a tea or coffee whilst there…

  • Yes we have a tuck shop with some crisps, soft drinks, water, teas & coffees available from reception

Will the sessions run in the school holidays…

  • Yes we run in the holidays - however our timetable is amended for each of the North Lanarkshire school holidays - please check in on social media before setting off during the school holidays.

Do you offer birthday parties at JUMP…
